Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for our skincare manufacturing unit with a background in cosmetic, skincare, or chemistry-related fields and experience in managing production processes, documentation, and team coordination

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the complete manufacturing process as per approved BMRs, SOPs and Quality Control requirements.
- Coordinate and manage the manufacturing team and labourers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly production plans based on production requirements.
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs ) and all required FDA documentation.
- Manage labour allocation & assist in hiring additional labourers when required.
- Carry out approved manufacturing processes when the Chemist is unavailable,



as per established BMRs/SOPs and company procedures.
- Plan and communicate raw-material and packaging-material purchase requirements in advance.
- Maintain and verify stock and inward registers.
- Conduct weekly quality and stock inspections of raw materials, semi-finished materials and finished products.
- Ensure cleanliness, process discipline, documentation and proper manufacturing practices are followed on the production floor.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
