Location: Chakan, Pune (On-site)

Experience: 1–2 Years

*CTC:** ₹2.75 – ₹3.25 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Production Line Management: Manage day-to-day production line activities and ensure smooth line operations.

Production Targets: Monitor production output and ensure daily targets are achieved as per the production plan.

Manpower Handling: Allocate manpower, monitor operator performance, and maintain discipline on the shop floor.

Quality & Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to production processes, quality standards, SOPs, and safety requirements.

Coordination: Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Production Planning teams to resolve production issues.

Key Requirements

- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or a related field.




- 1–2 years of experience in production/manufacturing operations.
- Good knowledge of shop floor and production line activities.
- Basic understanding of quality, safety, 5S, and SOPs.
- Good manpower handling and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
