Role Description This is a full time, on-site Production Assistant role based in Genome Valley, Turkapally, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Telangana (on outdkirts of Hyderabad).

The Production

Assistant will support day-to-day manufacturing operations, including assembling components, handling materials, and assisting in the setup and operation of production equipment. The role involves closely following production schedules, maintaining organized work areas, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet output and quality targets.

Assistant will help with basic quality checks, documentation of production activities, and coordination with other departments for smooth workflow. The position requires adherence to safety standards, timely reporting of issues, and active contribution to continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Qualifications

- Strong production support skills, including Production Assistance and basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Quality Control practices, with the ability to follow inspection procedures and report deviations accurately.
- Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, reliability, and supporting internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and basic Editing skills for accurate completion of production logs, records, and documentation.
- Demonstrated Teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and shop-floor colleagues.
- Ability to follow technical instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines in an industrial environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills; willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; technical or vocational training in manufacturing, production, or engineering fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in industrial production, sensor manufacturing, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
