Open Theory Labs is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and growth of trading platforms across web and mobile. This is a high-ownership role. You'll set the product vision, drive the roadmap, and be accountable for how the product performs in the market.

What you'll own

- Product strategy and vision: define where the product is going and why, and translate that vision into a clear, prioritised roadmap across web, iOS, and Android.
- Growth strategy: own acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement. Design experiments, identify growth levers, and turn users into long-term active traders.
- Analytics and insights: build the metrics framework, track funnels and user behaviour, and use data to drive every major product decision.
- Product design direction: lead the UX vision with design teams. Shape intuitive, high-trust experiences for onboarding, account management, funding, and trading.
- Execution: write sharp specs, user flows, and acceptance criteria, and work hand-in-hand with engineering to ship quick without cutting corners.
- Market and competitive intelligence: stay on top of the trading and investment landscape and turn insights into product advantages.
- Compliance and quality: make sure products meet App Store, Google Play, and regulatory requirements from day one.





What we're looking for

- 5+ years of product management experience, including senior ownership of a live product.
- Hands-on experience with trading, broking, or investment platforms, and a strong understanding of how traders think and behave.
- A proven track record of driving growth through data-led product decisions.
- Strong analytical skills. You're comfortable with dashboards, funnels, cohorts, and A/B testing.
- A strong design sensibility and experience leading UX direction with designers.
- Excellent communication and the ability to influence stakeholders at every level.

Nice to have

- Experience shipping both web and mobile products.
- Familiarity with KYC, onboarding, and payment flows.
- Experience with CRM or client-portal products.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Clevertap, Mixpanel, Tableau, or similar tools.
