Laser builds enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software trusted across 160+ enterprise clients, 30+ sectors, and 6 countries. Our suite—including LARS, LLCS, and LERMS—is trusted by heavily regulated industries like banking and financial services (BFSI).

We are security-first, deployed on-premise and on private cloud, and built to withstand real scrutiny. We are now rebuilding our design philosophy from the ground up—modernizing our interfaces, implementing a unified design system, and building a lasting internal product design capability.

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will own Laser's product design transformation. Sitting at the center of product, engineering, business, and our external design studio partner, you will turn a focused design engagement into a permanent internal capability.

Your core objective will be to dramatically improve usability across the Laser GRC suite without disrupting the critical workflows our enterprise customers rely on daily.

Key Responsibilities

- Roadmap & Strategy: Own the product design roadmap across the suite from discovery through implementation, aligning business goals with engineering priorities.
- Discovery & Research: Lead product walkthroughs, stakeholder workshops, engineering discussions, and Customer Success conversations to build a prioritized backlog.
- Design Partner Management: Partner with our external design studio as an embedded team extension—setting direction, reviewing work, and protecting product quality.
- Workflow Optimization:



Simplify high-value workflows and reduce friction in critical flows while respecting existing customer habits.
- Design System Governance: Drive the adoption of a shared design system and component library with light-touch governance for scalable growth.
- Engineering Alignment: Host weekly working sessions, conduct design QA during builds, and ensure clean handoffs so what gets designed is what actually ships.
- Reporting & Reviews: Run weekly product reviews and monthly leadership updates to keep stakeholders informed and agile.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2+ years in Product Management, with a proven track record of shipping enterprise or B2B software end-to-end.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, Business, or a related field (Postgraduate qualification is a plus).
- Design System Exposure: Direct experience partnering with UI/UX designers, ideally standing up or scaling a design system/component library.
- Domain Familiarity: Exposure to GRC, Fintech, BFSI, or other regulated enterprise software is a strong advantage.
- Tools: Fluency with modern product and design tools (e.g., Figma) and the ability to understand technical architecture to make sound engineering trade-offs.
