Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Distributor Management System (DMS) with robust expertise in Salesforce, Product Management, DMS/SFA, and stakeholder management.

The candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product roadmap, driving implementation and rollout, and ensuring continuous improvement of the Distributor Management System.

The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and implementation teams to deliver business value and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Define the product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and vision for the Distributor Management System (DMS).
- Drive end-to-end product implementation and multi-market rollout.
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritization, release planning, and product roadmap.
- Work with Agile/Scrum teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Coordinate UAT, release management, and production rollout activities.
- Collaborate with Sales/GT, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and implementation teams.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into product features.
- Drive product adoption, continuous improvement,



and business value.
- Manage stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Identify product gaps and opportunities for process and system improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 9+ years of overall experience with 8–10+ years in Product Management, BRM, DMS, SFA, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration.
- Experience managing products through the complete end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Distributor Management Systems (DMS) or Sales Force Automation (SFA).
- Knowledge of secondary sales, schemes, and claims is preferred.
- Experience working with business and technology teams in an enterprise/MNC environment.
- Previous MNC experience is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Salesforce Heroku.
- Salesforce certification.
- Experience with SAP/ERP integrations.
- Experience in DMS/SFA implementation and multi-market rollout.
- Experience working with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

- Candidates must be currently located in Bangalore.
- Candidates should be available to work onsite in Bangalore.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period with maximum 15 days are preferred.
- Previous MNC experience is required.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹233,333.00 per month
