About the Role

Aarav International is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Product Manager who can take ownership of product planning, development, positioning, and growth. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Define product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable product plans.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, design, and other teams for product execution.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and improvement.
- Develop product requirements, specifications, and documentation.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, market trends, and key metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing products and develop new offerings.
- Plan and support product launches and promotional strategies.
- Track competitors, pricing, positioning, and market developments.




- Prepare regular product performance reports and present insights to management.
- Ensure products remain aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, business development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of market research and product strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM, analytics, project-management, or product-management tools is an advantage.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
