Product Growth Marketer — SaaS & Mobile Apps

About the Role

We're not looking for a marketer who waits for a brief.

We're looking for someone who's excited about building — and who uses AI tools as a natural part of how they work. You'll help take a product toward $1M ARR and beyond, owning the full funnel: positioning, SEO, paid campaigns, and growth experiments across every channel.

This is a hands-on role. You'll work directly with founders and the product team, moving fast, leveraging AI to work smarter, and figuring things out as you go.

What You'll Own

- Go-to-market strategy — Define positioning, ICP, messaging, and launch playbook for new products from day one
- SEO & content — Build organic search from scratch: keyword strategy, content calendar, on-page optimisation, and link building. You should be able to rank a page, not just brief one
- Paid acquisition — Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. You manage the budget, you own the ROAS
- Product-led growth — Identify and build in-product growth loops: referral mechanics, activation flows, upgrade triggers
- Email & lifecycle marketing — Own the full customer journey from first touch to expansion revenue
- Analytics & reporting — Set up tracking, monitor funnel metrics, run A/B tests, and turn data into decisions
- Brand & creative — Write copy, brief designers, review assets. You have taste and you use it

What We're Looking For Must-haves:

- Proven consumer mobile app marketing experience — you've driven user acquisition and retention for iOS and/or Android apps, and you understand how mobile growth works differently from web




- App Store Optimisation (ASO) experience — you've optimised listings, tested creatives, and improved organic installs, not just read about it
- 5+ years in growth or digital marketing, ideally across SaaS and mobile apps
- An AI enthusiast — you actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) in your marketing workflow and know how to leverage them to work faster and smarter
- Hands-on SEO experience — keyword research, on-page basics, content planning
- Experience running paid campaigns on at least one of: Google UAC, Meta, LinkedIn
- Good writer — comfortable drafting landing page copy, emails, or social content
- Comfortable with mobile and web analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, or similar)
- Curious, proactive, and happy to try things that might not work

Nice to have:

- Experience with AI-powered products or tech startups
- HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar CRM/email platform experience
- Experience with influencer or content creator campaigns
- Lifecycle and push notification marketing experience for mobile apps.
