Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Product Demonstration & Client Coordination Executive to support product demonstrations, client communication, sales coordination, onboarding, and basic application testing. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Kannada, along with a willingness to learn technology-driven medical and EdTech products. This role involves working closely with prospective and existing clients, understanding their requirements, conducting product demonstrations, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting customer onboarding and product adoption.

1. Product Demonstration & Presentation

- Conduct transparent, engaging, and professional product demonstrations through online and offline channels.
- Explain product features, benefits, functionalities, and use cases effectively in English and Kannada.
- Address client queries confidently and provide accurate product-related information.
- Present AMCI products and solutions effectively to prospective customers, institutions, and stakeholders.
- Customize demonstrations based on client requirements and use cases.

2. Client Coordination & Communication

- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with clients regarding product demonstrations, feedback, onboarding, and support.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain regular communication throughout the customer journey.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues.
- Support product pitching and sales activities to generate customer interest and improve conversions.

3. Customer Engagement & Handling

- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate AMCI products or solutions.
- Communicate product value clearly and professionally to potential customers.

Address customer questions, concerns, and objections with appropriate product information.




- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach during all interactions.
- Assist customers in understanding product functionality and making informed decisions.

1. Application Testing & Technical Support

- Perform basic manual testing of web and mobile applications, including UI/UX and functionality checks.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies to the technical team.
- Coordinate with the technical team regarding reported issues and track their resolution.
- Ensure product demonstrations are technically accurate and reflect the latest application versions.
- Provide basic user-level technical guidance to clients during product onboarding and usage.

5. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of product demonstrations, client interactions, follow-ups, and onboarding activities.
- Prepare and maintain demo schedules and client follow-up reports.
- Collect and document customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to management.
- Maintain records of application testing findings, client-reported issues, and product improvement suggestions.
- Prepare regular updates and reports related to client engagement and demonstration activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 03 years in product demonstrations, sales coordination, customer support, training, business development, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi.

Strong presentation, interpersonal, persuasion, and public-speaking skills.

Basic understanding of web and mobile application functionality.

Basic knowledge or hands-on exposure to manual application testing.

Ability to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups effectively.

Proactive, confident, organized, and customer-service-oriented approach.

Any bachelor's degree; a technical background is preferred but not mandatory.

Willingness to learn new technologies, software platforms, and medical/EdTech products.
