Positions & Experience

- Associate – Procurement: 1–3 Years
- Sr. Associate – Procurement: 3-6 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Procurement of aircraft materials, parts, and aviation spares
- Sourcing materials from approved vendors and suppliers
- Vendor coordination for quotations, availability,



pricing, and delivery
- Managing purchase orders and procurement documentation
- Coordination with Planning, Maintenance, Stores and internal teams
- Handling AOG and urgent material procurement requirements
- Following up on material deliveries and pending purchase orders
- Vendor evaluation and supplier performance tracking
- Maintaining procurement records and updating ERP systems
- Supporting cost optimization and timely material procurement
- Ensuring procurement activities comply with aviation/MRO requirements

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in aviation, airline or MRO procurement
- Experience with aircraft parts, spares, or aviation materials preferred
- Hands-on experience with vendor/supplier management
- ERP software experience preferred
- AOG/urgent procurement experience preferred
- Regular/full-time degree required
