Job Title: Senior Finance Executive – Procure to Pay

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Finance qualified with 3.5 years of experience in the Procure to Pay (P2P) process. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounts payable operations, invoice processing, vendor management, payments, and reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) activities.
- Process invoices and verify supporting documents.
- Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching.
- Manage vendor accounts and resolve vendor queries.
- Handle payment processing and payment-related activities.
- Perform vendor reconciliation and statement reconciliation.
- Process debit/credit notes and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Support month-end closing activities.




- Maintain accurate AP records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills:

- 3.5 years of experience in P2P / Accounts Payable.
- Good knowledge of invoice processing and vendor reconciliation.
- Knowledge of 2-way and 3-way matching.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- SAP/ERP experience preferred.
- Good communication and analytical skills.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent. Experience: 3.5 Years

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
