Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Process Lead to manage and oversee Finance & Accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in General Ledger, accounting operations and F&A; processes, preferably with exposure to US Commercial Real Estate Property Accounting and Yardi/MRI.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Oversee and review the work performed by Senior Analysts and Analysts.
- Handle financial month-end processes and reporting.
- Review Fixed Assets maintenance, Inter-company Reconciliation and Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
- Perform and review Variance Analysis and provide appropriate commentary.
- Support consolidation of financial statements of corporate companies and subsidiaries.
- Ensure revenue, current expenses and capital expenditure are recorded appropriately as per US GAAP.
- Ensure proper classification of assets and liabilities on the balance sheet.
- Handle team members' accounting queries, questions and internal/external escalations.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure accurate accounting records.
- Support year-end tax audit reports as per US GAAP.
- Monitor performance reporting and SLA adherence.
- Maintain required internal matrices.





Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 5+ years of experience in BPO Finance & Accounting processes.
- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts.
- Experience in General Ledger is preferred.
- Experience in US Commercial Real Estate Property Accounting is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Yardi / MRI is preferred.
- Knowledge of or interest in learning US GAAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and deliver according to customer requirements.
- Minimum 1 year of team-handling experience.
- CA / CMA candidates are not eligible for this position.
