Role & responsibilities

- Monitor and optimize chemical process performance to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.

- Review and validate Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs;, equipment layouts, and process calculations.

- Conduct process troubleshooting and identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Ensure compliance with process safety standards and operating procedures.

- Support commissioning, startup, and performance testing of new facilities and equipment.

- Analyze process data and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

- Execute capex and plant improvement projects from concept to commissioning.

- Coordinate with mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation, and operation teams.

- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and resource plans.

- Monitor project cost, timelines, and quality deliverables.

- Review equipment specifications, technical bids, and vendor documents.

- Ensure timely procurement, installation, and commissioning of project equipment.

- Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory, and company safety requirements.





- Participate in HAZOP, risk assessments, and safety audits.

- Drive protected work practices during project execution and plant operations.

- repare technical reports, SOPs, commissioning reports, and project documentation.

- Maintain project records, drawings, and change management documentation.

- Track project KPIs and submit periodic progress reports to management.
