Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Coordinator to coordinate with multiple departments, track pending activities, ensure timely follow-ups, and provide accurate progress updates to management. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, operations, MIS, or production coordination are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Pattern/NPD, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Maintain daily task trackers and pending-work reports.
- Follow up with concerned departments to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Track planned versus actual production and highlight delays or material shortages.
- Monitor urgent dispatch requirements and pending quantities.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports and management updates.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and follow up on action points until closure.
- Identify operational delays, collect reasons,



and escalate critical issues to management.
- Verify departmental data before submitting reports.
- Support SOP implementation and process improvement activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Process Coordination, Operations, MIS, or Production Coordination.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, departments, and deadlines.

Important Location Requirement The primary workplace is Dalhousie, Kolkata. The candidate must be comfortable visiting the company's factory in Uluberia whenever required. Factory visits will be occasional and not required every day.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
