Candidate Profile
- Mandatory: Proven experience as a Principal / School Leader in a Cambridge Curriculum school.
- Strong knowledge of Cambridge pedagogy, curriculum frameworks, assessment practices, and academic leadership is essential.
- Candidates with only CBSE, State Board, or ICSE school leadership experience will not be considered.
- Experience in a reputed / established school will be an added advantage and is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teachers, strengthen academic systems,
mentor staff, and build a high-performing school culture.
- Robust understanding of international education standards, student-centred learning, and contemporary teaching-learning practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, team-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
- The candidate should be able to take ownership of the school's academic and operational leadership.
