The Yoga Institute is seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead the academic, clinical, and administrative operations of our BNYS College.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead academic administration, curriculum implementation, examinations, and faculty performance.
- Oversee the attached Naturopathy & Yoga Hospital, clinical training, and patient-care standards.
- Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance.
- Oversee student admissions, clinical rotations, discipline, and overall development.
- Promote research, publications, and academic collaborations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable AYUSH, university, government, and regulatory guidelines.
- Represent the institution before universities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

Eligibility




- Recognized BNYS degree; postgraduate qualification such as MD in Naturopathy/Yoga preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in teaching, research, clinical practice, or academic administration.
- Experience in a senior academic/administrative role such as Professor/Associate Professor preferred.
- Valid registration with the applicable professional/statutory authority.
- Strong leadership, institutional management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Marathi/local language would be an advantage.
