About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

AI Engineer with strong expertise in

Python

,

Generative AI, ML, NLP and

Agentic AI

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with

Large Language Models (LLMs)

,

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

, and advanced AI frameworks. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and effective communication to collaborate across teams and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions leveraging

LLMs

,

RAG

, and

Generative AI technologies.

- Build and optimize agentic AI systems for complex workflows and automation.

- Implement scalable and efficient

Python-based applications for AI/ML pipelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.

- Conduct research and stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools,



and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to AI model performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields.

- Strong proficiency in

Python and related libraries/frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).

- Hands-on experience with

Generative AI

,

Agentic AI

, and

LLM-based architectures

.

- Expertise in

RAG techniques and knowledge of vector databases.

- Solid understanding of prompt engineering
