Role Description The Pricing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for supporting competitive and accurate pricing for shipping and logistics services. This position involves gathering and analyzing rate information from carriers, vendors, and internal systems, and preparing quotations tailored to client requirements.

The role includes coordinating with sales and operations teams to understand service scopes, margins, and cost structures, and ensuring timely responses to pricing requests.

The Pricing

Coordinator will maintain up-to-date pricing databases, monitor market trends,



and assist in developing pricing strategies that align with company objectives. Daily tasks also include communicating pricing details to internal stakeholders, assisting with customer queries, and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency in pricing activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review costs, compare carrier rates, and support data-driven pricing decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clearly present pricing and service information.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle client inquiries, clarify pricing structures, and support long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to understand commercial objectives, support quotation processes, and contribute to winning current business.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to share pricing processes and updates with team members and support knowledge transfer.
- Relevant qualifications include a diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field; experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics pricing is an advantage.
- Additional beneficial skills include proficiency in spreadsheets and pricing tools, attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and familiarity with international trade terms and documentation.
