Preschool Teacher

KK FUTURE MINDS PRESCHOOL – Kovaipudur, Coimbatore

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Preschool Teacher who is passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment for young children.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in any discipline.
- Montessori / Early Childhood Education training or certification preferred.
- Good communication skills in English preferred.
- Ability to communicate confidently and respectfully with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for working with young children with patience, warmth, and understanding.
- Freshers with appropriate qualifications and a strong interest in early childhood education are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences that support children’s cognitive, language, social-emotional, creative, and physical development.
- Introduce early concepts such as letters and sounds, numbers, shapes, colors, patterns, vocabulary, environmental awareness, and basic life skills through hands-on activities.
- Create a warm, inclusive, safe, and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, independence, creativity, and confidence.
- Conduct circle time, stories, rhymes, music and movement, art, sensory play, learning centers, outdoor activities, and small-group learning experiences.
- Support children in developing self-help skills, hygiene habits, classroom routines, positive behavior, and social skills.
- Observe, assess,



and document each child’s learning, development, interests, strengths, and areas requiring additional support.
- Maintain children’s learning portfolios and progress records as required by the school.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding their child’s learning, development, classroom experiences, and progress.
- Prepare and organize teaching materials, learning centers, classroom displays, and activity resources.
- Maintain a clean, organized, child-friendly, and protected learning environment.
- Supervise children carefully during classroom activities, outdoor play, snack/lunch, rest time, arrival, and dismissal.
- Encourage children to develop independence while providing appropriate guidance and support.
- Work collaboratively with the Center Head, Assistant Teachers, and other staff members to provide a consistent and high-quality learning experience.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, parent meetings, professional development, and teacher planning sessions.
- Follow all KK FUTURE MINDS PRESCHOOL policies, curriculum guidelines, child-safety procedures, and professional standards.

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
