Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project/property details
- Follow up with leads and convert them into site visits
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and schedule site visits
- Maintain regular communication with prospective customers
- Prepare and share project details, presentations, and quotations
- Maintain lead records and update follow-up status
- Support the sales team throughout the pre-sales process
Requirements
- 2 3 years of experience in Presales / Real Estate / Telecalling / Customer Relationship
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Solid follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred
