Role Description The Pre Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that support early learning and development. Day-to-day tasks include creating and implementing lesson plans, facilitating play-based learning, monitoring student progress, and maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment.

The role involves regular communication with parents and guardians, participation in school events,



and collaboration with colleagues to align with the preschool’s educational vision. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring consistent classroom presence and active involvement in daily school routines.

Qualifications

- Robust Teaching and Elementary Education skills, with experience in pre-primary or early childhood classrooms.
- Curriculum Development and Education expertise to design and adapt age-appropriate learning activities.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
- Formal training or certification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Nursery Teacher Training, or a related field.
