Role & responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Maintain a positive and structured classroom workplace that encourages respectful behavior and active participation.
- Support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child.
- Observe and assess student progress, maintain records, and communicate effectively with parents.
- Organize play-based learning, storytelling, music, art, and movement activities.
- Ensure the safety and emotional wellbeing of all students, adhering to school policies and child protection guidelines.
