About the Role

Nova Spark is looking for a PPC Expert with 2 years of experience, preferably from a Digital Marketing Agency, to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding, targeting and audience strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Create and optimize conversion-focused campaigns.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversions.
- Set up and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel & Conversions API.
- Prepare monthly campaign performance reports.
- Coordinate with SEO, SMM, Content, Design and Account Management teams.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, landing pages and campaign structures.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on PPC experience.




- Digital Marketing Agency experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and analytics.
- Good knowledge of lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
