We are looking of a PPC Manager for a manufacturing company located in Derabassi (Punjab)

PPC Manager –

Plan and schedule production as per customer orders and dispatch requirements.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production plans.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance and Dispatch teams.

Monitor raw-material availability and production capacity.

Track production progress against planned targets and identify delays.

Maintain MIS reports, production reports, inventory reports and dispatch schedules.

Control WIP and finished-goods inventory.

Follow up with purchase/stores for timely material availability.

Analyze production capacity, manpower and machine utilization.

Coordinate with sales/customer-service teams regarding delivery commitments.

Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions.





Maintain ERP/MRP data and production planning records.

Monitor OTD (On-Time Delivery), productivity, rejection and production efficiency.

Lead and guide PPC/planning executives or coordinators.

Typical requirements

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related field.

Experience: Usually around 5–10 years in manufacturing/PPC, depending on company size.

Good knowledge of Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Strong production planning, coordination and analytical skills.
