We are looking for a skilled Power BI & Backend Developer with strong experience in business intelligence, data modeling, Microsoft SQL Server, and backend application development using C#/.NET.
The ideal candidate should be capable of developing optimized Power BI reports and dashboards, working with SQL databases, and building scalable backend services and REST APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
- Create complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and calculations.
- Develop data transformation solutions using Power Query (M).
- Design and maintain efficient data models for reporting and analytics.
- Optimize Power BI reports and improve report performance.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Perform database query optimization, indexing, and execution plan analysis.
- Validate and reconcile data across multiple sources.
- Develop backend applications using C# and ASP.NET Core/.NET.
- Design and develop REST APIs.
- Work with Entity Framework Core and LINQ.
- Implement asynchronous programming and scalable backend solutions.
- Troubleshoot performance and data-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements.
- Follow software development best practices, coding standards, and version-control processes.
