We are seeking a Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and optimize intelligent automation solutions that streamline business operations, integrate enterprise systems, and enhance productivity across the organization.

In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Power Platform specialists to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing workflow solutions. You will play a key role in automating complex business processes, integrating Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications, and driving innovation through modern low-code technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Power Automate Development & Workflow Automation

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power Automate workflows that automate business processes and reduce manual effort.
- Build scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Develop complex workflow logic, custom expressions, and reusable automation components.
- Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements.

Business Process Analysis & Solution Design

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand operational challenges.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions using Power Platform technologies.
- Design automation architectures aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.
- Document requirements, process flows, technical designs, and implementation plans.

System Integration & Connectivity

- Integrate workflows with enterprise applications and Microsoft 365 services.




- Develop custom connectors and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Connect automation solutions to:

- Excel
- Third-party applications
- REST and SOAP APIs
- Ensure reliable and secure data exchange between systems.

Power Platform Collaboration

- Work closely with Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse teams to deliver end-to-end business solutions.
- Support the design of integrated applications, reporting solutions, and automated workflows.
- Contribute to enterprise Power Platform governance and best practices.
- Promote reuse and standardization across Power Platform implementations.

Performance Optimization & Support

- Monitor workflow performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve automation and integration issues.
- Improve workflow reliability, scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.

Development Best Practices & Governance

- Follow coding standards, documentation requirements, testing procedures, and version control practices.
- Ensure solutions comply with organizational security, compliance, and governance policies.
- Develop technical documentation, user guides, and support materials.
- Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities.

Technical Leadership & Continuous Improvement





- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
- Share best practices and contribute to Power Platform knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform enhancements, new features, and industry trends.
- Recommend innovative automation approaches that improve business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Robust experience with:
- Power Apps
- Power BI
- Dataverse
- Microsoft Power Platform Architecture
- Expertise developing complex workflows, approvals, business process automation, and integrations.
- Experience building custom connectors and advanced workflow expressions.
- Strong experience integrating REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 platforms and services.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
