POS Installation and Support Executive Company: MicroNXT Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience Qualification: BCA, MCA, or B.Com We are looking for a POS Installation and Support Executive to help clients set up and use our point-of-sale systems. The role involves installations, troubleshooting, user training, and support at client locations. Willingness to travel to client locations for installations and support is mandatory.

Key responsibilitiesVisit client locations to install, configure, and test POS software. Set up and troubleshoot connected devices such as receipt printers, barcode scanners, and cash drawers. Assist with initial system setup, including product data, billing settings, and user access.

Train clients and their staff on billing, daily operations, and basic troubleshooting.



Support clients during go-live and resolve installation or operational issues. Provide remote and onsite support, coordinating with the technical team when required.

Document client issues, installation details, and resolutions, and follow up until closure. Candidate requirementsBCA, MCA, or B.Com qualification. Readiness to visit client locations regularly for setup, installation, training, and support.

Basic knowledge of computers, Windows, software installation, printers, and network connectivity. Valuable communication and practical problem-solving skills. A patient, customer-focused approach and willingness to learn POS systems.

Prior experience with POS systems, retail billing software, or technical support is an advantage. Freshers with suitable practical skills are welcome.
