Role & responsibilities :

- Develop, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC systems for industrial automation projects.

- Design and implement control logic using PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider, or Omron.

- Configure and develop HMI and SCADA applications.

- Perform commissioning, startup, and site support for automation systems.

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLC programs, electrical control systems, and communication networks.

- Integrate PLCs with drives, sensors, robots, vision systems, and other industrial equipment.

- Prepare technical documentation, including program backups, IO lists, functional specifications, and operation manuals.

- Support production teams in improving machine performance, uptime, and process efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company automation guidelines.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Electrical Design, Maintenance, Production, and Quality departments.
