Role: PLC Machine Operator

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu – Training

Deployment Location: Uganda

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: On-Site

Role Description The PLC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring PLC-controlled machinery in a safe, efficient, and consistent manner.

Key responsibilities include

- Operating and monitoring PLC-controlled industrial machinery.
- Setting up machines according to production specifications.
- Adjusting machine parameters based on production requirements.
- Ensuring continuous and stable machine operations.
- Performing routine machine and production checks.
- Identifying basic machine faults, abnormalities, and operational issues.
- Coordinating with maintenance teams for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintaining production quality and safety standards.
- Recording accurate production and machine operating data.
- Monitoring machine performance and minimizing unnecessary downtime.
- Communicating production issues clearly to supervisors and maintenance teams.
- Supporting the production team in achieving daily output targets.
- Maintaining a clean, secure, and organized working environment.




- Following all company safety procedures and industrial safety guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and working with PLC-based Machinery.
- Basic understanding of PLC-controlled machinery and automated production systems.
- Knowledge of Quality Control, including inspection and adherence to production standards.
- Ability to use Hand Tools for machine adjustments and minor mechanical tasks.
- Good Communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, maintenance teams, and colleagues.
- Relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Experience with automated or PLC-controlled machinery will be an added advantage.
- Basic technical or vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation disciplines is beneficial.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical instructions and machine operating procedures.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to work in shift-based production schedules.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Candidates willing to work in Uganda after successful completion of training are preferred.

TRAINING & DEPLOYMENT

Training Location

Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Training Duration

1 Month

Training Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

During the training period, selected candidates will receive practical exposure to PLC-controlled machinery, industrial production processes, machine operation, safety procedures, troubleshooting,



and production monitoring.

After successful completion of the training and evaluation, selected candidates will be considered for deployment to Uganda.

UGANDA DEPLOYMENT PACKAGE

Monthly Salary

₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month

IMPORTANT NOTE

Final Uganda deployment will be based on successful completion of the mandatory training, technical evaluation, performance, and suitability for the role.
