We are looking for an experienced Playwright Automation Tester with strong hands-on expertise in Playwright and TypeScript,

Client : Infosys

Experience : 8 years

Location : PAN India

Notice Period : Immediate/ 15 days

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript .
- Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks .
- Develop reusable test components using Page Object Model (POM) .
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing .
- Create and execute test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
- Identify, analyze, and report defects with clear reproduction steps.
- Debug failed automation scripts and perform root-cause analysis.
- Perform cross-browser testing using Playwright.
- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines .
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and business teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain test documentation, execution reports, and automation results.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Mandatory Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Software Testing / Test Automation .
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright .




- Solid programming skills in TypeScript .
- Good knowledge of JavaScript .
- Experience in Web UI and End-to-End Automation Testing .
- Strong understanding of Page Object Model (POM) .
- Experience with test fixtures, hooks, assertions, and reusable automation utilities .
- Good understanding of API testing and REST APIs .
- Experience with Git/version control .
- Good understanding of CI/CD concepts .
