Role- Planview Administrator Key skills - Planview, Workflows, Configuration, Reporting. Experience- 5-12 yrs Location - Chennai /Hyderabad Mode of Work - Hybrid ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities - Planview administration: users, roles, security, screens, menus, attributes, lookup tables, portfolios, resources, and financial structures - Configure lifecycles, Scripted Dialogs, workflows, approvals, notifications, and demand/project intake processes.

- Develop and support Power BI, SSRS, executive dashboards, governance reports, and portfolio analytics.
- Monitor integrations, troubleshoot APIs, perform SQL analysis, and resolve production issues.
- Support quarterly releases, migrations, UAT, regression testing, and environment management.
- Drive data governance, platform cleanup, audit support, and technical debt reduction.
- Participate in governance boards, CAB reviews, and enhancement prioritization - 7 - 10 years of Planview Administration experience. Must Have - Hands-on experience with: o Planview Portfolios Administration o Lifecycles & Scripted Dialogs o Workflow configuration and troubleshooting o User roles, security, and access management o Resource, financial, and portfolio management - Strong SQL skills on Planview databases - Power BI reporting, OData datasets, and Microsoft Report Builder (SSRS).




- Integration troubleshooting (REST/SOAP APIs, Postman, Swagger).
- Release management, regression testing, and setting promotion.
- Robust problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Good to Have - Planview Enterprise Architecture (EA).

- Planview Copilot.
- Integration experience with Entra ID, Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Agile/Scrum, Protected, ITIL knowledge.
- Power BI Certification.
