Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end biscuit manufacturing and plant operations.

- Plan and achieve daily/monthly production targets while maintaining quality.

- Ensure optimum utilisation of machinery, manpower and raw materials.

- Monitor production efficiency, OEE, yield, wastage and downtime.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Procurement and Dispatch teams.

- Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, hygiene and food safety standards.

- Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements and cost optimisation.

- Maintain production reports, MIS and operational documentation.

Key Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in biscuit manufacturing.

- Experience managing biscuit production lines and bakery equipment.

- Strong knowledge of production planning and plant operations.

- Understanding of OEE, yield, wastage and cost control.

- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and FSSAI.

- Robust team management, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- 8-15 years of experience in biscuit manufacturing preferred.
