We are looking for a seasoned Head Production Planning & Control (PPC) to lead production planning operations and drive manufacturing excellence. The role will be responsible for production scheduling, material planning, inventory optimization, SAP-driven planning processes, and ensuring on-time delivery while leading a high-performing PPC team.

Location: Dahej, Gujarat

Experience: 10-15 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute production plans to meet customer and business requirements.
- Drive effective material planning, MRP, and inventory management.
- Ensure production schedule adherence and improve plant utilization.
- Manage SAP PP processes, BOMs, routings, and master data accuracy.
- Collaborate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Project teams.
- Monitor key planning KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the PPC team.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Production Planning & Control within a manufacturing environment.




- Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Production Scheduling.
- Sound knowledge of BOM Management, Inventory Control, and Supply Chain Coordination.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Engineering Manufacturing, Capital Equipment, Industrial Machinery, or Process Equipment industry.
- Exposure to Project-based Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of SAP MM, SD, and QM modules.
- APICS/CPIM certification will be an added advantage.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or APICS/CPIM certification preferred.
