Job Summary

We are looking for a Planning & Erection Engineer to support project planning, site erection, installation, and commissioning activities. The candidate will coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, construction, and site teams to ensure erection activities are completed safely and within the planned schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor project erection plans, schedules, and progress.
- Coordinate and supervise equipment, structural, and mechanical erection activities at site.
- Review engineering drawings, layouts, specifications, and erection procedures.
- Plan manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and resources required for erection activities.
- Monitor daily site progress and compare it with the planned schedule.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
- Supervise equipment installation, alignment, assembly, and commissioning activities.
- Identify site issues, delays, and technical requirements and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure erection activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications,



and project requirements.
- Coordinate material availability and ensure timely delivery of erection materials.
- Monitor subcontractor activities and workforce productivity.
- Ensure compliance with site safety, quality, and project procedures.
- Support project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Production, or a related engineering field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project planning, erection, installation, or construction activities.
- Knowledge of project planning and scheduling techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
- Experience in manpower, material, and resource planning.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar planning software is preferred.
- Good knowledge of site erection and installation activities.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at project/site locations and travel as required.
- Knowledge of safety and quality requirements in construction/erection activities.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
