We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with around 10 years of experience in construction/real estate, preferably with exposure to high-rise residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project schedules, baseline programmes and look-ahead plans.
- Monitor project progress and identify delays, critical activities and schedule deviations.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, MIS, recovery plans and catch-up schedules.
- Coordinate with Project, Architect, Design, QS, Procurement, MEP and Site teams.
- Track drawings, design approvals, materials, manpower and construction activities.
- Assist with delay analysis, EOT claims and corrective action plans.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within approved timelines.

Requirements:





- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.
- Around 10 years of relevant planning/project controls experience.
- High-rise construction experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, critical path and progress monitoring.
- Strong coordination, analytical and reporting skills.
