- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry professionals for placement opportunities.
- Identify and invite companies to participate in campus recruitment drives.
- Coordinate the complete placement process, including company registrations, job postings, interviews, tests, and offer processes.
- Communicate job opportunities, eligibility criteria, interview schedules, and recruitment updates to students.
- Screen and coordinate student profiles based on employer requirements.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, interviews, career fairs, and employer engagement activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
