Future Destination Overseas Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Placement Coordinators to support candidates throughout their U.S. job search and placement journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate assigned candidates throughout their U.S. job search.
- Search and apply for suitable IT & Non-IT job opportunities.
- Coordinate applications, interviews, mock interviews, and preparation sessions.
- Communicate with candidates regarding applications, interviews, and placement updates.
- Follow up with U.S. recruiters, staffing companies, and clients for submissions and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, interviews, follow-ups, and candidate progress.
- Take ownership of candidate coordination and placement activities.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Strong coordination, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Confident communication with U.S. candidates,



recruiters, and clients.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable working in a permanent U.S. night shift.
