Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with corporate partners to schedule interviews and on-campus recruitment drives.

- Manage the entire placement process from registration to final selection, ensuring timely communication with students and companies.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with industry professionals to stay updated on market trends and requirements.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in campus placements and implement strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements :

- 2-12 years of experience in corporate relationship management or related field.

- Strong understanding of campus placement processes and procedures.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, faculty members, and corporate partners.
