Role Description The Pitch Deck & Financial Presentation Designer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for designing clear, compelling, and investor-ready pitch decks, financial presentations, and related investor materials that communicate complex financial information in a visually engaging way.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with financial analysts and advisors to translate models and valuations into visual narratives, structuring slide content, and ensuring consistency in storytelling, branding, and data visualization. The designer will refine and update templates, maintain a library of design assets, and adapt materials for different investor audiences and capital-market contexts.



The role also involves managing deadlines across multiple client projects and incorporating feedback from internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong presentation and pitch deck design skills, including proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
- Experience with visual communication and data visualization, including the ability to present financial metrics, charts, and scenarios clearly and accurately.
- Ability to interpret financial models, valuations, and transaction structures and convert them into concise, investor-friendly narratives.
- Solid understanding of capital markets, investment fundamentals, and investor expectations, particularly in the Indian private and public market context.
- Proficiency with design and layout tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar) for creating templates, icons, and infographics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on clarity and consistency.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with advisory, analytical, and client-facing teams in a fast-paced workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, finance, business, communications, or a related field; prior experience in investment banking, consulting, or financial services design is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards under time constraints.
- This is an immediate hiring role and the salary for the said role will be 20,000 per month
