Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Piano Teacher at WinQuest Online.

The Piano

Teacher will deliver live online piano lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels, using digital tools and platforms to create an engaging and supportive learning setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning structured lesson plans, teaching piano technique and repertoire, integrating music theory concepts, and assessing student progress through regular feedback and evaluations. The role also involves communicating with students and caregivers about goals, practice expectations, and scheduling,



as well as adapting teaching strategies to individual learning styles.

The Piano

Teacher will collaborate with the broader instructional team to align with WinQuest Online’s educational standards and contribute to continuous improvement of the music curriculum.

Qualifications

- Strong piano performance skills, including proficiency in Piano Playing and Piano.
- Experience in Piano Education and Music Education, with a track record of effective teaching in private or group settings.
- Solid understanding of Music Theory and ability to integrate theoretical concepts into practical lessons.
- Ability to design structured, level-appropriate lesson plans and adapt instruction to different learning styles and ages.
- Comfort with remote teaching tools, online platforms, and basic technology troubleshooting.
- Clear, patient, and encouraging communication skills, with a focus on student motivation and progress.
- Prior online teaching experience or willingness to learn best practices for virtual instruction is beneficial.
- Formal music education (degree, diploma, or recognized certification) is preferred but equivalent professional experience will be considered.
