Job Summary
We are looking for Clinical Staff to manage day-to-day operations at the healthcare centre. The candidate will be responsible for patient registration and onboarding, vital monitoring, doctor consultation coordination, pharmacy and diagnostic services, patient referrals, health camps, patient follow-ups, billing, and overall centre operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer registration, onboarding, and patient coordination at the centre.
- Measure and record patient vitals accurately.
- Recommend patients to the appropriate doctors based on symptom checker analysis.
- Coordinate quick consultations with empaneled doctors and schedule specialist consultations.
- Book and dispense medicines as per patient requirements and doctor prescriptions.
- Perform available in-house diagnostic tests based on doctor prescriptions.
- Collect samples for pathology tests as per doctor prescriptions.
- Book and refer patients to partner radiology laboratories and hospitals as required.
- Track and follow up on leads generated through health camps to improve patient conversion and repeat visits.
- Promote Pharmacy, Diagnostics, and Kavach Card services during patient interactions and community activities.
- Achieve assigned targets for Pharmacy, Diagnostics, and Kavach Card services.
- Generate patient leads through health camps, community outreach, and local engagement activities.
- Plan and support health camps in the assigned area to create awareness about CureBay services.
- Maintain accurate patient, service, billing, and payment records.
- Collect payments from patients and ensure all services are recorded correctly on the platform.
- Complete daily financial reconciliation and deposit collections as per company guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, equipment, and overall upkeep of the centre.
Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, diagnostic centre, or healthcare setup.
- ANM / GNM / D.Pharm / B.Pharm / DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc Nursing / Phlebotomist / MLT qualification.
- Basic knowledge of patient handling, vital monitoring, pharmacy, and diagnostic services.
- Good patient-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with doctors, laboratories, pharmacies, and hospitals.
- Positive knowledge of basic healthcare centre operations.
- Comfortable participating in health camps and community outreach activities.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to work in rural areas and interact with local communities.
- Telugu communication skills are preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with experience in hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centres, or healthcare operations are preferred.
- Candidates with experience in rural healthcare or community healthcare activities will be preferred.
- Candidates with patient coordination and healthcare service experience are preferred.
- Candidates comfortable conducting or supporting health camps are preferred.
- Candidates willing to handle both clinical and centre operational activities will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
