LAB CRAFTERS DIAGNOSTIC LAB is looking for a responsible and skilled Phlebotomist / Lab Technician to join our diagnostic laboratory team in Zakir Nagar, New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform blood sample collection using proper venipuncture and Vacutainer techniques.
- Properly identify, label, handle, and preserve patient samples.
- Collect and handle routine laboratory samples as per SOPs.
- Maintain patient and sample records accurately.
- Ensure proper sample storage and timely dispatch/processing.
- Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, infection-control, and biomedical waste procedures.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with patients.
- Assist with home sample collection when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sample collection area.
- Report any sample collection or pre-analytical issues to the concerned senior/staff.

Requirements




- DMLT / BMLT or relevant laboratory qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in phlebotomy or diagnostic laboratory work will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of blood collection and vacutainer handling.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Freshers with valuable practical skills may also apply.

Location: Zakir Nagar, New Delhi

Salary: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month, depending on qualification and experience.
