Job Summary

We are looking for responsible and proactive Pharmacy In-Charges to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure smooth functioning, maintain regulatory standards, and deliver excellent customer service. The role also includes limited field marketing activities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions.
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and expiry tracking.
- Handle billing, cash management, and record-keeping.
- Supervise and guide pharmacy staff.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries.

Marketing Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door outreach and marketing activities.
- Engage with local communities and promote pharmacy services.
- Perform marketing activities for 2 hours per day,



4 days a week.

Work Schedule:
- Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational day

Candidate Eligibility:
- Candidates must have 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Pharmacist, OR be currently working as a Pharmacy In-Charge in a retail pharmacy store.
- Candidates without the required experience or current Pharmacy In-Charge/retail pharmacy experience will not be eligible for this position.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medicine dispensing, inventory management, and billing is required.
- Candidates should have good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates must be responsible, proactive, and capable of independently managing pharmacy operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
