Role Description The Pharma CI Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, focused on delivering high-quality competitive intelligence and strategic insights for biopharma and related healthcare clients. The analyst will gather, analyze, and synthesize information on pipelines, products, competitors, market trends, and regulatory developments from multiple secondary and primary data sources.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing clear deliverables such as dashboards, reports, slide decks, and briefing materials, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable recommendations.



The role involves close collaboration with consulting and project teams, participation in client discussions, and adherence to project timelines and quality standards. The analyst is expected to continuously update domain knowledge, contribute to internal knowledge repositories, and support the development of new frameworks and tools for CI and analytics.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research skills, including experience with secondary research, data gathering, and evidence-based analysis.
- Knowledge of biopharma and healthcare domains, such as drug development, clinical trials, regulatory pathways, and competitive landscapes.
- Ability to interpret and work with data using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and basic analytics or visualization platforms.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for preparing structured reports, presentations, and client-ready deliverables.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a consulting environment.
- MBA degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, healthcare management, or a related quantitative or analytical field.
- Experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or pharmaceutical analytics is an advantage.
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams and openness to sharing knowledge and learning from others.
