Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver Personality Development, Communication Skills, Soft Skills, and Employability Skills training programs.
- Conduct classroom and interactive training sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Improve students' spoken English, business communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
- Conduct activities such as group discussions, role plays, mock interviews, debates, presentations, and team-building exercises.
- Train students in interpersonal skills, confidence building, professional etiquette, body language, and workplace behavior.
- Develop students' interview skills, including interview preparation, answering techniques, and professional self-introduction.
- Conduct sessions on resume writing, email etiquette, telephone etiquette, corporate communication, and workplace communication.
- Identify individual learning gaps and provide appropriate coaching and feedback.
- Conduct pre-placement training in coordination with the Training & Placement Department.
- Prepare training plans, lesson plans, presentations, assessments, activities, and training materials.
- Conduct assessments to measure students' improvement in communication and soft skills.
- Provide constructive feedback and individual guidance to students.
- Organize workshops, seminars,



personality development programs, and industry-oriented sessions.
- Mentor students to improve confidence, professionalism, leadership, and overall employability.
- Coordinate with faculty members and placement teams to align training programs with industry requirements.
- Maintain training attendance, assessment records, student progress reports, and feedback.
- Stay updated with current corporate communication standards and industry expectations.

Eligibility & Qualifications·

- Master's degree in English, Communication, Management, Education, Psychology, HR, or a relevant field.
- 10 years of experience in Personality Development, Soft Skills Training, Communication Skills Training, Employability Training, or Corporate Training.
- Excellent command of English communication and presentation skills.·
- Robust experience in training college/university students or working professionals.
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, coaching, and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to engage large groups through interactive and activity-based learning methods.· Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Office, and digital training tools.

Preferred Profile·

- Experience in a college, university, higher education institution, training institute, or corporate learning environment.
- Experience in delivering pre-placement and employability training.
- Strong knowledge of corporate recruitment and interview expectations.
- Certification in Soft Skills Training, Train-the-Trainer, Communication, NLP, or related areas will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor students
