About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team at our Greater Noida office.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, generating quality leads, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing campaigns to achieve business and conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, including CPC, CPL, CTR, conversions, ROAS, and overall ROI.
- Generate and improve the quality of leads through paid marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Track daily campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to reduce CPL and improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the sales and content/creative teams to improve campaign performance.




- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
- Ensure marketing budgets are utilized efficiently to achieve targeted results.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Good knowledge of campaign tracking and performance metrics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Candidates who have worked in lead generation, education, real estate, e-commerce, or other performance-driven industries will be preferred.
