Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns for SaaS products.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.
- Handle the complete paid marketing funnel — lead generation conversion CAC/ROAS optimization.




- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis and campaign planning.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, landing pages and campaigns.
- Track and analyze metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate and lead quality.
- Work with the sales/product teams to improve lead quality and customer acquisition.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, GA4 and other analytics tools.
- Continuously perform A/B testing and campaign optimization based on data.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets across different channels.

Must-Have Experience

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Robust experience with SaaS / B2B SaaS / software product marketing.
- Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of lead generation and SaaS customer acquisition funnels.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, conversion tracking and campaign analytics.
- Experience with landing-page optimization, retargeting and A/B testing.
- Ability to independently analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
