We’re looking for a Performance Marketing & Content Creator to drive the next phase of growth for Khadims.com.

This is a hands-on growth role for someone who can combine creative thinking + performance marketing + e-commerce understanding.

What you’ll do

? Plan & manage Meta & Google Ads

? Drive traffic, conversions, revenue & ROAS

? Develop and test high-performing ad creatives

? Create Reels, short-form videos, product content & social creatives

? Build content around products, offers, festivals & campaigns

? Analyse ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, AOV & revenue

? Run creative & audience A/B tests

? Identify winning products, creatives & audiences and scale them

? Work closely with the e-commerce, merchandising & marketing teams

We’re looking for

✅ 3–6 years experience in Performance Marketing / D2C / E-commerce

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads





✅ Excellent understanding of digital content & social media

✅ Ability to create/coordinate short-form video content

✅ Robust analytical & commercial mindset

✅ Experience with Shopify / GA4 / Looker Studio / Canva / CapCut will be an advantage

Fashion / Footwear / Lifestyle / D2C / Retail experience is preferred.
