About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 2+ years of experience who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, conversion optimization, and ROI-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI/ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze key metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the content, design, sales, and development teams to improve campaign outcomes.
- Track leads, conversions,



and customer journeys using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and performance marketing strategies.

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Advertising.
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in managing and optimizing advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio is an advantage.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and make strategic decisions.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with international or global clients will be an added advantage.
