About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing professional who will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and managing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital advertising, lead generation, campaign analytics, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.

Develop paid media strategies aligned with client/business objectives such as lead generation, conversions, sales, website traffic, and brand awareness.

Create, manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns, ad sets, audiences, keywords, and budgets.

Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.

Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS, conversion rate, and ROI.

Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve results and achieve campaign objectives.

Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across different campaigns and platforms.

Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, UTM parameters, and campaign tracking.

Coordinate with the Creative, Content, SEO, Web Development, and Sales teams to improve campaign performance.

Provide inputs for ad creatives, copies, landing pages, offers, and audience targeting.

Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with key insights, observations, and recommendations.

Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement and scaling.





Manage multiple client accounts/projects simultaneously while ensuring timely campaign execution and reporting.

Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, policies, tools, and digital marketing trends.

Communicate campaign performance, challenges, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Understanding of Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

Knowledge of conversion tracking and campaign analytics.

Robust understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with advertising budgets and performance targets.

Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Result-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Google Ads / Meta certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience working in a digital marketing agency will be preferred.

Experience handling multiple clients and performance campaigns is an advantage.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be data-driven, proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
